Fundraising

To assist our Fundraising Team, please contact either one of our Fundraising Chairs, Nicole Sullivan or Amy Bigliazzi.  We need help with all Fundraising efforts this coming year.

Square 1 Art – This fundraiser takes your child’s artwork and makes it into great products for you to purchase. These products are wonderful keepsakes and gifts for family and friends.  The children create beautiful artwork in art class during September and October that can be made into many fun products such as magnets, t-shirts, mouse pads, ornaments and much more!

Personalized catalogs with your child’s art will be sent home the first week of November.  Orders can be made online with a debit or Credit card by visiting www.square1art.com and entering your child’s access code. Or you can pay with cash or check using the paper order form provided on the catalog. All paper orders are DUE by ***November 16, 2016.  Products will be delivered to the school approximately the third week in December (Exact pick up date will be provided in December).

Boxtops for Education – Every year BCS participates in the General Mills Box Tops for Education program. The Box Tops program is a wonderfully easy and FREE way for our school to earn cash! For every Box Top you clip and send to school, Bolton Center School will receive 10 cents, with the potential to earn up to $20,000 per school year. Ten Cents may not seem like much, however it adds up quickly! Last year we raised more than $1900.

Our goal for the 2016/17 school year is $2500 and we need your help! We will run contests a few times throughout the year; however you may send them in to school at any time. Simply clip Box Top$ coupons from participating products and send them to school in an envelope or Ziploc. Please remember to trim your box tops and label the bag with your child’s name and class. Every box top has an expiration date. BCS only receives payment for box tops that have not yet expired, so kindly check expiration dates before submitting. The Top Overall Box Tops Collector in K-5 and 6-8 will receive a prize at the end of each contest!!

A great way to increase our collection totals is to ask friends, family, neighbors and co-workers to save box tops for us! This is an easy and FREE way for everyone to help! Check back with them before each contest deadline to pick up the box tops. So simple! Remember our children benefit directly from all money earned!

Also if you shop at SAMs club, the “Buy 3 Earn 100” Box Tops Promotion has the potential to earn big money for BCS! For every 3 BTFE items you purchase in a single transaction at SAMs club between 8/16/16- 11/16/16, you can earn 100 bonus eboxtops ($10). With the potential to earn up to a maximum of 400 bonus eBoxTops ($40) per transaction! You can submit up to 5 receipts per email address or phone number. That means that each shopper has the potential to earn as much as $200 for Bolton Center School by buying the things you already buy! Use this link for rules and to submit receipts http://www5.samsclub.com/Featured-Brand/general-mills/box-tops-for-education/mobile

Please forward this info on to all your friends and family and ask for their help to earn big for Bolton Center School and support our kids! Imagine what we could earn if parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and friends were to participate!   Any bonus eboxtops you earn from this contest before Oct 30th can be counted toward your child’s Fall contest submission total. Just send me the email containing the code you received from btfe AFTER you have received and ENTERED it by October 31 and tell me your child’s name and teacher and I will add it to their totals. The same goes for our Super bowl contest, any eboxtops earned from Oct 31 – Feb 28, emailed to me by March 1 will be counted toward their super bowl submission.
